It’s my first trial lesson with Omaya which was very nice! She started the lesson with greeting in French so that I could tried my best to replying French as much as I learned! She also provided an environment with casual feeling which let me speak up and also know my needs which are more oral practices and preparation for the Delf in the future! I really recommend people who want to practice French conversation to take Laurent's lessons. Before, I always felt there was little time to practice speaking in French classes. However, in Laurent's classes, I have plenty of time to practice. Instead of just reading books or articles, I can practice to come up with sentences I want to say, which is what I need the most! In classes, Laurent guides me to make sentences in right tenses and grammar. At first, I was quite nervous because it took me much time to consider how to say. However, Laurent waited for me patiently and taught me how to say it in a better way. Thanks to Laurent, now I gradually react faster and practice a lot of conversation of daily topics.

I'm glad that you encouraged Yunjen to think and respond questions in French. This helped her to use French in a natural way instead of only being able to answer formatted textbook questions. Simon is a professional and patient tutor. He gives a lot of examples explaining in what circumstances I can use certain words and keep adjusting my pronounciation to make sure mines close to native. Highly recommend Simon especially for beginners.
