We have been learning with this teacher for over five years now, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude for her incredible patience and heart. She is never afraid of trouble and always tailors the curriculum to suit my child's progress. The feedback after each class is very helpful and keeps me informed without any pressure. Miss Raye is very patient in teaching my 4-year old son on Mandarin, the agenda and teaching materials of are interacting and interesting. My son is enjoying lessons with Miss Raye thus far!

This teacher is really cool. I have been looking for someone who can speak both Chinese and Mandarin at the same time cus i didnt learn chinese when i was a kid. He doesn’t play mind games or act wishy-washy—he’s just direct. His wife is white, so you don’t have to worry about his English. He understands what people need. 他的英语和普通话很流，老婆来自美国

I really enjoyed this Chinese lesson. Patrick is very patient, encouraging, and explains things clearly. The lesson was well structured and adapted to my level, which helped me practice speaking and learn new vocabulary. The atmosphere was very friendly and motivating. I highly recommend Patrick as a teacher!

She found out my weakness within first two classes and custom-made exercise for me to practice in coming classes which is very helpful for me and her class is so fun that I enjoy it very much! Looking forward to my next class. :)

In today's class with Teacher Chloe, we started by reviewing my homework. Based on a picture, I had to make sentences. I tried to incorporate vocabularies and phrases I learned in previous lessons (names, food, man, woman, colors). This is a great activity for me to practice speaking. I learned more about newer vocabularies - what, to be. A very helpful tip about the proper word to use when I have a 'to be + noun' structure and a 'to be + adjective' structure. I also learned about used 'de' after stating something is a certain color. I believe I will learn more about this later! I very much enjoyed today's class. Class always passes pretty quickly for me and that is how I know I am really liking the class. Looking forward to next time!

Laoshi is really good at teaching. He can spot when my daughter’s tone is out and navigate her to follow the right tone (four sounds in Chinese). She is still hesitating to speak up in Chinese during the lesson but hopefully she will learn a lot from Laoshi.

Having another lesson with Teacher Ginny is like talking to an old friend. I always enjoy our conversations because it's very relaxed and she let's me talk freely. Teacher Ginny let's me organize my thoughts and waits for me patiently. She is also open to suggestions when it comes to how we will go about our lessons. She corrects my grammar and choice of words and helps me when I don't know how to say the word in Chinese. Looking forward to our next class.

Studying core characters in different words and contexts helps. The vocabulary is up to me to improve, but perhaps exposure to more elevated advanced words to use in everyday language could be helpful. Thank you!

Amazing Lesson! the Teaching material that teacher Aria uses is clear and easy to follow, and Aria helps you through it patiently, informatively and kindly. Her good energy really makes the lesson fun and enjoyable! The teacher was kind and prepared, but the lesson was difficult to follow because she speaks very fast and doesn’t use English. This approach may work very well for students at a higher level.

I found the lessons to be very useful. I could feel my listening and speaking skills improving thanks to the classes. I also have more confidence and comfort when using mandarin in my daily life. The lesson content is also great, we usually discuss our lives at the beginning to have some unstructured practice, then go over some specific topic and learn grammar/new words and how to use them. Sometimes the teacher also prepares listening and writing practice exercises which is very helpful as well. Thank you for all the help!
