Chelsea gives me many opportunities to talk and because her English is good, she is able to explain grammar rules well. We both use a text book as well as have everyday, real-life conversations.

Ms.Hiu is an excellent Mandarin teacher. She is so patient, passionate, and thoughtful. As I struggle with Mandarin Pinyin, she usually teaches me with English pronunciation. She is so positive, helpful and encouraging. Thank you for her teaching.

My first full class with Teacher Chloe was great today! We continued working on tones, learned initials, and started working on finals. As a beginner who was learning some basics from an app, it is really nice to have someone explain the correct pronunciation in a clear way. While some of the sounds and the way my mouth (lips & tongue) is positioned are different and new for me, Teacher Chloe's way of teaching helps me feel more confident that someday these movements will feel more natural for me. I received some compliments/encouragement and a reminder that you must not be afraid to speak when learning a new language and believe I am on the right track as long as I practice often.

I feel very lucky to have found Tina. I really really enjoyed her teaching style. As a native English speaker with a bit Cantonese background (Tina can speak all 3), it was perfect for my very specific learning needs. Tina , as a person, is also very caring, can understand your level and provide a responsive curriculum. Ultimately, I feel this is very good time value of learning a language, not easily found in traditional normal classes (where teaching caters to the mass). I will continue to seek Tina for continual improvements and refresher classes.

Teacher Mango is so gentle🥰—great temper, wonderful attitude, and excellent teaching. I always feel wrapped in her trust, which really helps me get better and better. She checks in on my progress and gives me plenty of chances to speak up in class.‼️
