If a make-up lesson is agreed, it must be completed within one week; otherwise, it will be forfeited. 🎀 Make-up lessons for last-minute cancellations are limited to once per month. 🎀 If you do not join within 10 minutes of a regular lesson, or 5 minutes of a trial, it will be treated as an unexplained absence. The full fee will be charged and no make-up lesson will be offered.
