If you’ve always wanted to try yoga but worry about not keeping up or feeling embarrassed, you’re very welcome to book a trial class.
In the first class, we will start with breathing and gradually move into the practice. I will guide you step by step and help adjust your posture, so you can experience the calm and strength that yoga brings. 💕
My teaching style is very gentle and attentive – I'll guide and adjust your poses step by step, with safety and comfort as top priority~
Through simple yoga poses, I hope we can cultivate body, mind, and spirit together, helping you find your own peace and relaxation amid busy city life 🌿✨
Class reminders:
-Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable sportswear. If you don't have a mat, let me know in advance – I'll adjust the class content right away, no worries! 🧘♀️
-Classes start on time, please try to join punctually. If late by more than 5 minutes, the session will end automatically without notice – hope for mutual understanding~⏰
