Hi, there! My name is Gela, and I’m from the Philippines. I studied Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication at one of the prestigious schools in our city, Saint Paul University. I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. Speaking with people who want to improve their English is one of my favorite things to do. I am an outgoing and very approachable person. I dedicate myself toward working and teaching has become my passion ever since I started meeting students who are really eager to learn English. My teaching style? Fun and interactive! I always make sure that my students will have fun while learning as learning a new language is really challenging. I really like to teach English that is relevant to you and what you want to achieve. Some of the lessons I teach are Kids English; Travel, Business and Conversational English; English Fundamentals; IELTS; TOEFL and many more. Why should you spend your money on me? You are not just a “student” to me. As we work together to build your English competency, we will get to know each other more, making the lessons seem like they are about your life. I use supplementary materials and resources outside of our normal lessons. Some examples include Line, WeChat, QQ, and homework about current events. Audio/Video Policy. It depends on your comfort zone. I can do both. If you prefer an audio class, then that would be fine. If you would like video class, then that would be better as body language plays a big role too in learning.
